Health & Fitness Centre
The fitness centre is open 24 hours a day with personal trainers available for consultation throughout the day. The training facilities include cardiovascular machines, many of which have cable TV integrated into them. Exercise classes are also available and these include Kahala Core, Foam Roller, Stand-up Paddleboard Yoga, Yoga, Pilates, Hula Aerobics and TRX Yoga classes.
Dolphins
The Kahala Hotel has its own 26,000 square foot natural lagoon that is home to playful Atlantic Bottlenose Dolphins. An education and interaction program is also offered to create an unforgettable experience.
